     谁纳秋凉亦莽莽？

    西风萧瑟仍盛放。

   不慕群英竞春艳，

                                                                  缤纷唯尔傲寒霜！

      注:莽莽：草木茂盛的样子。“莽莽”is translated into English word “luxuriantly”. It is the adverb of adjective “luxuriant”. Luxuriant means growing thickly and strongly；lush.

Ode To Chrysanthemums

Who, enjoying the cool of autumn season while living luxuriantly,

In soughing west wind, like you, can still bloom attractively；

And never envy other flowers competing for beauty in spring.

Growing profusely, like you, confront alone the severe frost proudly?!
